challenges, fears, to grow into your own

I think its essential to be open to receiving. You wont actually achieve inner happiness until you are open to receiving, that goes to say, receiving criticism, feedback, gifts, money, pleasure, success, anything.

I wish to embrace challenge and embody it, empowering myself. I want to take the challenge on, cut its head and wear it as a crowning glory. I want to face my fears, my inner most. I have a feeling that my inner most fear is to never really challenge myself, because of my fear of failing. The fear grips me, it becomes more of a fear than it really is.


action is the sword one needs to use. positive visualisations are the keys to breaking open that door - and once that door opens, several open almost at a default.

i want to be not only learn and get better and best at manifesting into my reality what i want but also to understand why i want what i want and then work out exactly how i am going to achieve it. do not be afraid.

if you are not dead you are winning. the race is with yourself, not really with anyone else. external factors dont matter, winners brains are constantly challenging themselves. it could be trivial challenges such as rising from bed early one morning, and changing your outlook on life. i wish to actually make my mornings very productive.

productive in every sense of the word. At work, with my inner most self. set yourself up for the reality you want, and then the actions you must take to get there.

thats all that really matters

reflecting

When I reflect back to my "young" days, I wish I had known the following



exercise and fitness makes you feel better, irrespective of what you feel - it empowers you, gives you momentum. I wish i had been more sporty and into fitness when I was growing up. It doesnt only streamline basic body requirements such as nutrition and sleep but also empowers the mind, putting you into a very positive state of mind.


you are in control of your feelings, thoughts, and thus actions. thoughts become actions.


do the work - gain momentum. no one can take that away from you. not even God. It is in the action that you measure yourself. Action is the measure of all intelligence.
