When I reflect back to my "young" days, I wish I had known the following
exercise and fitness makes you feel better, irrespective of what you feel - it empowers you, gives you momentum. I wish i had been more sporty and into fitness when I was growing up. It doesnt only streamline basic body requirements such as nutrition and sleep but also empowers the mind, putting you into a very positive state of mind.
you are in control of your feelings, thoughts, and thus actions. thoughts become actions.
do the work - gain momentum. no one can take that away from you. not even God. It is in the action that you measure yourself. Action is the measure of all intelligence.
